Section 22511.1 - Prohibited parking or obstruction of stall or space designated for electric charging purposes(a) A person shall not park or leave standing a vehicle in a stall or space designated pursuant to Section 22511 unless the vehicle is connected for electric charging purposes.(b) A person shall not obstruct, block, or otherwise bar access to parking stalls or spaces described in subdivision (a) except as provided in subdivision (a).Amended by Stats 2011 ch 274 (AB 475),s 2, eff. 1/1/2012.Added by Stats 2002 ch 640 (AB 1314),s 3, eff. 1/1/2003.
