Section 21455.7 - Minimum yellow light change interval at intersection at which there is automated enforcement system(a) At an intersection at which there is an automated enforcement system in operation, the minimum yellow light change interval shall be established in accordance with the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.(b) For purposes of subdivision (a), the minimum yellow light change intervals relating to designated approach speeds provided in the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices are mandatory minimum yellow light intervals.(c) A yellow light change interval may exceed the minimum interval established pursuant to subdivision (a).Amended by Stats 2015 ch 451 (SB 491),s 46, eff. 1/1/2016.Amended by Stats 2003 ch 511 (AB 1022),s 3, eff. 1/1/2004.Added by Stats 2001 ch 496 (SB 667), s 2, eff. 1/1/2002.
