Section 2705 - Death of person eligible to receive benefits before making claim

Where an individual who would be eligible to receive disability benefits dies before making a claim therefor, the director may in accordance with authorized regulations allow the filing of a claim for such benefits by a person legally entitled thereto under Section 1341.
