Section 1586 - Amount continuously appropriated for refund of amounts collected and erroneously deposited

All amounts in the Contingent Fund are hereby continuously appropriated without regard to fiscal years for refund of amounts collected and erroneously deposited therein, for interest payable under this division on refunds and judgments and for the administration of the department.
