Section 2350 - Short titleThis chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Federal Aid for Urban Systems Act.

Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 201. Inoperative upon determination described in Section 2352. Repealed on January 1 after inoperative date, as provided in Section 2352. Pursuant to Ca. Streets and Highway Code § 2352, this chapter is repealed when the director determines that apportionments of all federal aid for urban systems have been expended. Upon making that determination, the director shall submit a notice to that effect to the Secretary of State, and this chapter shall be repealed on the January 1 following the receipt of that notice by the Secretary of State. .
