Section 114.5 - Pilot program regarding mobile or digital alternatives to driver's licenses and identification cards

The department shall not charge any self-help counties with countywide sales tax measures dedicated to transportation improvements more than 10 percent for administration indirect cost recovery. The department shall charge those self-help counties for functional overhead.
