Section 7934 - Distribution of sale proceeds

The Controller shall distribute the proceeds of the sale in the following order:

(a) The payment of all expenses of the sale.

(b) The payment of all amounts due from the supplier under this part.

(c) The remainder to the General Fund of the state.
