Section 7326 - "Motor vehicle fuel" defined

"Motor vehicle fuel" means gasoline and aviation gasoline. It does not include jet fuel, diesel fuel, kerosene, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas in liquid or gaseous form, alcohol, or racing fuel.
