Section 3798.1 - Publication if sale of property would bring less than cost of publication

If in the judgment of the board of supervisors any property to be sold under this chapter would bring at auction less than the cost of publication in a newspaper, the publication may be made in the same manner as if there were no newspaper published in the county.
