Cal. Pub. Util. Code § 95495
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be as follows:
"Be it enacted by the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District:" All ordinances shall be signed by the chairman of the board or the vice chairman and attested by the secretary.
