Section 40176 - Exercise of powers in same manner as Orange County

Exercise of the powers provided under Section 40175 shall be undertaken in the same manner and pursuant to the same procedures as in the exercise of like powers by the County of Orange, except as may otherwise be expressly provided in this part.
