Section 30532 - Contracts for acquisition, construction, development, etc. of facilities

The district may contract with any person, firm, corporation, association, organization, or other entity, public or private, for the acquisition, construction, development, joint development, maintenance, operation, leasing, and disposition of facilities of the district.
