Section 105282 - Resolution territory benefited by annexation

If annexation is proposed pursuant to Section 105281, the board shall determine whether the additional territory proposed to be annexed will be benefited by annexation to the district, and shall pass a resolution to that effect. The resolution shall be passed by a vote of two-thirds of the members of the board and be approved by the board of supervisors of the county in which the territory is situated.
