Section 100619 - Pledge of general fund to pay bonded indebtedness

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the VTA shall not pledge any portion of its general fund revenues to pay any part of any bonded indebtedness incurred under this chapter unless required by provisions of the California Constitution.
