Section 100380 - Coverage under Title 2 of Federal Social Security Act

The VTA shall take the steps as may be necessary to obtain coverage for the VTA and its employees under Title 2 of the Federal Social Security Act, as amended, and the related provisions of the Federal Contributions Act, as amended.
