Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
After making all necessary and proper changes in the boundaries, by a resolution passed by a vote of two-thirds of the members, the board shall order the annexation of the territory so described. The resolution together with the names of the members of the board voting for and against the same shall be spread upon the minutes of the board.
