Section 98106 - Selection of chairman and vice chairman; secretary and other officers

The board shall select one of its members chairman, and one vice chairman, who shall preside in the absence of its chairman. The board shall provide for and select a secretary and such other officers as it deems necessary to conduct the affairs of the district.
