Section 307.5 - Chief administrative law judge(a) The commission shall appoint a chief administrative law judge, who shall hold office at the pleasure of the commission.(b) The chief administrative law judge shall be responsible for the oversight of the administrative law judge division and shall organize, coordinate, supervise, and direct the operations of the division as directed by the commission, consistent with commission policies and priorities.Ca.
