Except as provided in Section 5098.1, the management and disbursement of moneys in the fund received pursuant to the "Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965" (Public Law 88-578; 78 Stat. 897) are governed by the provisions of Chapter 1.9 (commencing with Section 5099) of this division.
