Section 5096.126 - Disposition of state funds after legislation authorizing administration of State Coastal Conservancy by existing or new agency

After the Legislature has authorized the administration of the State Coastal Conservancy by an existing or new state agency, any project involving state funds pursuant to Section 5096.125 shall originate and be processed in the manner to be specified by the Legislature in such authorizing legislation.
