Section 75200.3 - Use of money appropriated for support and local assistance costs

Moneys appropriated to the council pursuant to Section 39719 of the Health and Safety Code may be used by a state agency or department designated by the council pursuant to Section 75200.2 for that state agency's or department's support and local assistance costs.
