Section 4187 - Counties entitled to allocation of money received by state

A county which enacts an ordinance, as provided in Section 4129, is entitled to any allocation of moneys received by the state pursuant to the Clarke-McNary Act. Such reimbursement may be provided for by any statute of this state.
