Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
All expenses which are incurred by the board in carrying out this article are payable solely from the account. No liability or obligation is imposed upon the state pursuant to this part, and the board shall not incur a liability or obligation beyond the extent to which money is provided in the account for the purposes of this article.
