Section 33838 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Contingent operation

This division shall become operative only if the Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024 (Chapter 83 of the Statutes of 2024) is approved by the voters at the November 5, 2024, statewide general election.

The Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024 was approved in Proposition 4 at the November 5, 2024, election, effective November 6, 2024.
