Section 2699.5 - Seismic Hazards Identification Fund(a) There is hereby created the Seismic Hazards Identification Fund, as a special fund in the State Treasury.(b) Upon appropriation by the Legislature, the moneys in the Strong-Motion Instrumentation and Seismic Hazards Mapping Fund shall be allocated to the division for purposes of this chapter and Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 2700).(c) On and after July 1, 2004, the Seismic Hazards Identification Fund shall be known as the Strong-Motion Instrumentation and Seismic Hazards Mapping Fund.Ca.
