Section 14528.5 - "Wine and distilled spirit cooler" defined(a) "Wine and distilled spirit cooler" means a beverage containing wine or distilled spirits to which is added concentrated or unconcentrated juice or flavoring material.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2024.Ca.
