Section 22199 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Severability(a) The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter or its application is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.(b) Except as expressly provided herein, this chapter does not affect, expand, alter, or limit any rights or remedies otherwise available at law.Ca.
