Section 19027 - Court order(a) The court in its discretion may make any orders and take any other action necessary or proper to dispose of the matters presented by the petition.(b) If the court determines that the assets of the trust estate are insufficient to pay all debts, then the court shall order payment in the manner specified by Section 11420.Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 992, Sec. 3.
