Section 12591 - Subject to jurisdiction of courts of state to same extent as nondomiciliary decedent

A sister state personal representative or foreign nation personal representative is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state in a representative capacity to the same extent that the nondomiciliary decedent was subject to jurisdiction at the time of death.
