Section 2350 - Definitions As used in this chapter:
(a) "Conservator" means the conservator of the person.(b) "Guardian" means the guardian of the person.(c) "Residence" does not include a regional center established pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 4620) of Division 4.5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.Amended by Stats 2008 ch 293 (AB 1340),s 7, eff. 1/1/2009.
