Section 33895 - Inapplicability of Section 27545 and sections 30312 and 30342(a) Section 27545 does not apply to deliveries, transfers, or returns of firearms made pursuant to this chapter.(b) Sections 30312 and 30342 do not apply to deliveries or transfers of returns of ammunition or ammunition feeding devices by a court or law enforcement agency made pursuant to this chapter.(c) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.Added by Stats 2018 ch 780 (SB 746),s 26, eff. 1/1/2019.
