Section 32710 - Forms; term of license(a) Applications and licenses under this article shall be uniform throughout the state, on forms prescribed by the Department of Justice.(b) A license under this article shall be effective for not more than one year from the date of issuance.Added by Stats 2010 ch 711 (SB 1080),s 6, eff. 1/1/2011, op. 1/1/2012.
