Section 32425 - Lending, giving, or return of by licensed personSection 32310 does not apply to any of the following:
(a) The lending or giving of any large-capacity magazine to a person licensed pursuant to Sections 26700 to 26915, inclusive, or to a gunsmith, for the purposes of maintenance, repair, or modification of that large-capacity magazine.(b) The possession of any large-capacity magazine by a person specified in subdivision (a) for the purposes specified in subdivision (a).(c) The return to its owner of any large-capacity magazine by a person specified in subdivision (a).Amended by Proposition 63, approved by the voters at the 11/8/2016 election.Amended by Stats 2016 ch 58 (SB 1446),s 7, eff. 1/1/2017.Added by Stats 2010 ch 711 (SB 1080),s 6, eff. 1/1/2011, op. 1/1/2012.
