Cal. Pen. Code § 11313
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The proceeds of the sale of the means of conveyance shall be applied as follows:
First-To the fees and costs of the seizure and sale.
Second-To the payment of the plaintiff's costs in the action.
Third-The balance, if any, shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund.
