Section 830.95 - Unlawful wearing of uniform of peace officer while engaged in picketing(a) Any person who wears the uniform of a peace officer while engaged in picketing, or other informational activities in a public place relating to a concerted refusal to work, is guilty of a misdemeanor, whether or not the person is a peace officer.(b) This section shall not be construed to authorize or ratify any picketing or other informational activities not otherwise authorized by law.Added by Stats 2010 ch 711 (SB 1080),s 3, eff. 1/1/2011, op. 1/1/2012.
