Section 1700.18 - Disposition of money and fines collected(a) All moneys collected for filing fees and licenses under this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the Labor Enforcement and Compliance Fund.(b) All fines collected for violations of this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund.Amended by Stats 2016 ch 31 (SB 836),s 182, eff. 6/27/2016.
