Section 14080 - Falsifying fingerprints or photographs

Any person who knowingly falsifies the fingerprints or photographs submitted under subdivision (f) of Section 14024 is guilty of a felony. Any person who violates any of the other provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
