Section 10952 - Inapplicability to Medicare, Medi-Cal Healthy Families Program, long-term care and specialized benefit plans

This chapter shall not apply to health benefit plans for coverage of Medicare services pursuant to contracts with the United States government, Medicare supplement policies, Medi-Cal contracts with the State Department of Health Care Services, policies offered under the Healthy Families Program, long-term care coverage, or specialized health benefit plans.
