Section 10202.81 - State or political subdivision providing for type of insurance set forth in section 10202.8

The State and any political subdivisions thereof and any municipality, may provide for the type of insurance set forth in Section 10202.8 of this code the same as any private employer and may contribute to a fund established under such section the same as any private employer.
