Section 10192.22 - Information reported to individual residents annually(a) On or before March 1 of each year, an issuer shall report the following information for every individual resident of this state for which the issuer has in force more than one Medicare supplement policy or certificate: (1) Policy and certificate number.(b) The items set forth above must be grouped by individual policyholder.Added by Stats 2000 ch 706 (SB 764), s 4, eff. 1/1/2001.
