Section 9030 - Annual statement sowing condition of reinsurer, supplemental statement

The secretary shall prepare an annual statement, showing the condition of such reinsurer on December thirty-first and a supplemental report of the business of the reinsurer to January thirty-first and present both reports at the ensuing annual meeting.
