Section 1622 - Life licensee(a) A life and accident and health or sickness licensee is a person authorized to act on behalf of a life insurer or a disability insurer to transact any of the following: (2) Accident and health insurance.(3) Life and accident and health or sickness insurance.(b) Licenses to act as a life and accident and health or sickness agent under this chapter shall be of the types set forth in Section 1626.Amended by Stats 2020 ch 184 (SB 1255),s 7, eff. 1/1/2021.Amended by Stats 2007 ch 270 (AB 720),s 2, eff. 1/1/2008.
