Section 7015 - Crypt" or "vault" defined(a) "Crypt" or "vault" means a space in a mausoleum of sufficient size, used or intended to be used, to entomb human remains that have been neither cremated nor hydrolyzed.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.Ca. Health and Saf. Code § 7015
