Section 79240 - Application of Articles 2, 3, 5, and 6 of Chapter 5 of Division 7 of the Water Code

Article 2 (commencing with Section 13320), Article 3 (commencing with Section 13330), Article 5 (commencing with Section 13350), and Article 6 (commencing with Section 13360) of Chapter 5 of Division 7 of the Water Code apply to an action or failure to act by a regional board pursuant to this article.
