(a)This part shall be known and may be cited as the Carpenter-Presley-Tanner Hazardous Substance Account Act.(b)This part recodifies the provisions of former Chapter 6.8 (commencing with Section 25300) of Division 20. Sections 1 and 2 of the act that added this part, and the entirety of Assembly Bill 2327 of the 2021-22 Regular Session, the act that consists of conforming revisions to reflect the addition of this part, shall be known and may be cited as the Hazardous Substance Account Recodification Act.Ca.
