Section 41061 - Enforcement of regulations and transportation control measures

The strategy shall provide for the enforcement of regulations adopted pursuant to Section 41011 or 41013 and shall provide for the implementation and enforcement of the transportation control measures included in the state implementation plan, as required by state and federal law.
