Section 25169.9 - Identification requirements for employees with hazardous waste facilities permit review duties(a) The department shall submit to the Department of Justice fingerprint images and related information required by the Department of Justice for any person applying for registration as a hazardous waste transporter who will transport hazardous waste of concern and submits a disclosure statement containing the information specified in subdivision (a) of Section 25112.5 pursuant to subdivision (u) of Section 11105 of the Penal Code.(b) The Department of Justice shall provide a state- or federal-level response pursuant to subdivision (p) of Section 11105 of the Penal Code.Ca.
