Section 1599.63 - Blank copies of admission contract; posting requirements(a) Every long-term health care facility shall make complete blank copies of its admission contract immediately available to the public at cost, upon request.(b) Every long-term health care facility shall post conspicuously in a location accessible to public view within the facility either a complete copy of its admission contract or notice of the availability of it from the facility.Ca.
