Section 18865.5 - Inapplicable to apartment house, hotel, or dwelling; inapplicable to electric, gas, or water facilities(a) This part does not apply to any apartment house, hotel, or dwelling that is subject to Part 1.5 (commencing with Section 17910).(b) This part does not apply to electric, gas, or water facilities owned, operated, and maintained by a public utility.Ca.
