Section 18303 - Inapplicability to government-owned operated or maintained park

This part does not apply to any park owned, operated, and maintained by any of the following:

(a) The federal government.

(b) The state.

(c) Any agency or political subdivision of the state.

(d) Any city, county, or city and county.
